IF YOU ORDER A COMMISSION, THIS MEANS YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

FAILURE IN FOLLOWING THEM WILL RESULT IN ME NOT ACCEPTING YOUR COMMISSION, CANCELLING IT WITHOUT A REFUND AND/OR BLACKLISTING YOU FROM MY CLIENT LIST.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• All client's personal information shared for the purpose of art commissions will not be distributed to anyone.

• Payment is in USD (or MXN using the current date's exchange rate from USD) via PayPal Invoice. Payment is 100% upfront in orders of less than 200 USD. For orders of 200 USD and higher, payment plans can be discussed.

  • Note that you shouldn’t send me PayPal payments to my contact email. I will send you an invoice to your PayPal account after agreeing on the order.​

• Fees are non-refundable, except in a circumstance in which I’m unable to finish your commission; in this case, I will refund you the full price. This is very unlikely, but just in case!

• The commission's final price will be determined after discussing all the order's details with the client, based on the request's complexity (including character design complexity, background complexity, numbers of characters, etc.).

• For Character Illustrations, each extra character in the same artwork will cost 100% of the original price per additional character.​

• Estimated time of delivery is 2-8 weeks, but patience would be appreciated.

  • If you need the order by a specific date, let me know beforehand to reach an agreement. Rush orders (between 1-2 weeks) will cost extra.

• Price covers:

1. Rough sketch previews as needed until it is approved for the next stage.​

2. Further previews depending on the Commission selected.

   • For Character Illustrations:​

     • Simple Style: One lines preview and One flat colors preview.​

     • Painted Style: One rough colors preview.

       • If you need more previews of the commission until it's done you can ask for them, but note that you can’t change anything from those extra previews).

   • For other commissions, the amount of previews offered will vary on how many elements the artwork has.​

3. Changes needed before the rough sketch is approved, and very small changes (details changes, color palette changes) in the coloring process.

   • No major changes will be accepted when the commission is completed, or in its final stages.​ If you still do want them, it will incur in extra fees.

4. High resolution JPEG/PNG image sent via email.​​

RIGHTS AND USAGE:

​

• I reserve the right to refuse a commission request without explanation.

• Non-commercial personal use only. You are forbidden from using the artwork for resale or commercial profit (including merchandise and advertising).

  • If you want to use it for commercial purposes, please include it in your request so I can give you a commercial work quote.​

  • My work can NOT be used as NFTs.​

• I reserve all rights for the images created, which also means the right to display all commissioned works on any website, gallery or portfolio (If you don’t want me to publish it on any site, please let me know beforehand).

  • You may not claim the artwork as yours or edit out the original signature. Cropping for profile picture/banner purposes is allowed.

• I may publicly livestream the process of your commission (under the name Piedra Lina Ch. on Youtube and/or piedralina on Twitch), but there are no guarantees I will do it (If you wish for me to livestream it OR to not livestream it, please let me know beforehand).

• You may repost the commissioned work, but must give proper credit linking back to my social media or this website.
